New features and enhancements

CFM Bunker

CFM Bunker offers you full transparency regarding your bunker. You can easily document the amount and type of bunker as well as the location of bunkering. Add attachments, such as bunker delivery notes at your convenience. Additionally, you have the option to document and administrate bunker samples.

  • Additional fuel oil types are now available in ShipClient, providing greater flexibility when recording bunker operations.
  • Debunker records now require the corresponding bunker record to be specified, improving traceability and data accuracy.

CFM Charter

CFM Charter allows you to draw up contracts in a few steps and automatically create invoices. Easily conduct laytime calculations, forecast earnings from charter agreements and execute post calculations.

  • Split rate options can now be configured per charter period, providing greater flexibility when managing time charter contracts.

CFM Crewing

CFM Crewing is your one-stop solution to handle all crew-related tasks centrally and in an intuitive way. From master data management of seafarers, planning the crews on board as well as their relief, the management of working and rest hours of the crew up to managing payrolls, everything can be done in one single solution.

  • Additional permission controls have been introduced across Crewing, including dedicated permissions for next of kin records, mandatory certificates, Crew Portal settings and the Filipino Social Security Report, providing greater control over access to sensitive information.
  • Additional information, including IP category, company and position, can now be recorded for non-crew members. In addition, IP Category information is now required for non-crew members on board vessels, supporting more complete personnel records.
  • Remarks entered in the Particulars section are now also displayed in the Summary view of seafarer profiles, improving visibility of important information.
  • Experience information has been enhanced throughout Crewing. Seafarer profiles now display combined experience across all ranks for a vessel type, while search exports provide accumulated experience data for current and previous vessel types.

CFM Incidents

CFM Incidents enables you to seamlessly document any incidents or near-misses that occurred onboard your vessels. After an event has been documented, corrective or preventive actions can be defined as well and are then automatically synchronised with the office.

  • Incident reporting visibility has been enhanced. The Activity Log now tracks changes made to the Activity & Follow-Up section, while information entered on board is reflected in the Analysis & Follow Up section.

CFM Off-hires and Claims

CFM Offhires & Claims lets you keep accurate records of your vessels’ offhires, charterer claims and related costs. Stay informed about the causes of individual offhires and react swiftly. Automated KPIs and reports make vessel availability clear, demonstrate performance and help you recognise where you need to take action.

  • Off-hire records now display the Master and Chief Engineer assigned during the affected period.
  • MRV-relevant off-hires are now clearly indicated throughout the application.

CFM Risk Assessment

CFM Risk Assessment enables you to organise your risk assessment digitally and minimise manual effort. Determine probabilities and implications of unwanted incidents and allocate danger levels to every thinkable situation on board. Be on the safe side concerning insurances. With our modular design, you can create and assess any number of operations.

  • Operations and groups can now be archived, deleted and restored, providing greater flexibility when managing risk assessment structures.
