We are continuously upgrading Cloud Fleet Manager, adding new functionality, enhancements and improving the overall usability. With this article, we would like to give you a brief overview of some of the greater edits to the system. New features and enhancements

CFM Crewing
CFM Crewing is your one-stop solution to handle all crew-related tasks centrally and in an intuitive way. From master data management of seafarers, planning the crews on board as well as their relief, the management of working and rest hours of the crew up to managing payrolls, everything can be done in one single solution.
- A new global setting is available to finalise monthly rest hours in the ShipClient. This can be used to prevent retroactive changes once rest hours have been finalised and supports compliance with Flag State requirements.
- Documents can now be added to payment accounts.
- A new Aggregated Experiences card has been added to the seafarers’ Assignment section, allowing users to manage experience by rank and vessel type using aggregated values.
- Seafarers can now be searched by their Login (Email) information in the seafarer search. Additionally, advanced seafarer search now includes additional filter criteria for document category, issuing country and document type.
- The place of issue can now be specified for seafarers’ medical certificates and competencies.
- The Soon Expiring Permanent Contracts notification can now be configured to define how many days before the expiry date the notification is sent.
- ShipMoney E-Wallet functionality has been further expanded. Crewing templates now support new E-Wallet merge fields, payslip exports can include E-Wallet information when marked as the main bank account, and home and special allotment modals now allow users to select payment account types for E-Wallet and bank accounts.
- Decimal values for DWT can now be entered in Past Sea Services, while the revised Past Sea Services modal now includes vessel size, year of construction and manning agency information.
- The Records for Deletion Report can now be exported as a Microsoft Excel file.
- Leave balances are now displayed within the seafarer sidebar throughout relevant views.
- Entry Type is now a mandatory field for visa records.
- Crew list column headers now display the total number of current and relieving seafarers, enhancing visibility when reviewing crew changes and onboard staffing.
- Performance report exports now display the users who completed the corresponding reports, providing greater transparency and context when reviewing exported information.

CFM Employees
CFM Employees makes all staff information visible and accurate. Simply organise your staff within departments, define regular working days and hours, vacation entitlement, job description and contact details. Manage holidays, travels, and any other absence of your employees within a single view.
- Attachments can now be uploaded to employees’ sickness records.
- A new Out of Office report is available, providing an overview of requests within a specified time period. Key columns remain visible when scrolling horizontally, and the report now only considers working days.

CFM Purchase
CFM Purchase provides you with all sections of the purchasing process at one point in an intelligently structured manner, gives you full control over your budgets and allows your suppliers to work directly with this information. Thanks to an intuitive dashboard that features the most relevant information and upcoming tasks, CFM Purchase always focuses on what is important and streamlines the complete purchasing workflow.
- A new setting allows users to define the default currency for inquiries and orders.
- Requisitions can no longer be deleted once a subsequent step has been initiated.
- Filter criteria are now maintained when navigating between the Status and Vessels overviews.
- Supplier search has been extended to include supplier country information.

CFM Portal
CFM Portal gives all your employees access to one central source of information. Every onshore user has a clear dashboard view of the latest and most important information on staff, departments and ships right at the beginning of the workday. Whether it’s a crew change, expired certificate or staff absence, you can efficiently identify critical incidents and prioritise your response.
- A dedicated permission is now available to manage whether ranks can delegate jobs to other ranks in ShipClient, providing greater control over delegation workflows and responsibilities.

CFM Users
The Users module serves for administrating and maintaining CFM users and CFM Partner Portal users. You can easily create new user profiles, authorize users to use certain apps and assign responsibilities.
- A new Permissions report is available, providing an overview of users and their respective permissions.
