We are continuously upgrading Cloud Fleet Manager, adding new functionality, enhancements and improving the overall usability. With this article, we would like to give you a brief overview of some of the greater edits to the system. New features and enhancements

CFM Cashbox & Bonded Store
CFM Cashbox & Bonded Store makes it much easier to handle cash on board. Just set up your default currency cashboxes ashore and synchronise to your fleet. For a smooth transition from paper to digital work, your crew only needs to register the initial balance and is immediately ready. Cashbox allows you to keep track of all cashbox transactions and raise a cash to master request when new money is needed. Bonded Stores seamlessly integrates with Cashbox and assists you to register all transactions in your on-board shop.
- A dedicated Power BI Reports subtab is now available, providing easier access to reporting and analytics.
- Stores and inventories within Bonded Stores can now be collapsed and expanded, making it easier to navigate large inventories.

CFM Charter
CFM Charter allows you to draw up contracts in a few steps and automatically create invoices. Easily conduct laytime calculations, forecast earnings from charter agreements and execute post calculations.
- The Copy Time Charter function now allows users to choose which information should be transferred into the new contract, providing greater flexibility when creating charter agreements.

CFM Crewing
CFM Crewing is your one-stop solution to handle all crew-related tasks centrally and in an intuitive way. From master data management of seafarers, planning the crews on board as well as their relief, the management of working and rest hours of the crew up to managing payrolls, everything can be done in one single solution.
- A new global setting allows organizations to configure whether flag state certificates are required for seafarers of the same nationality, supporting compliance with individual flag state requirements.
- Travel expenses can now be excluded from payroll calculations, providing greater flexibility in payroll management.
- A new CSV export is available for exchanging E-Wallet payment data with ShipMoney.
- Document types can now be assigned as mandatory for all ranks in bulk, reducing administrative effort when maintaining document requirements.
- The Seably integration has been extended to transfer upcoming assignments for seafarers who are not currently on board, improving data availability across systems.
- Wage totals are now updated immediately after changes are saved, allowing users to review adjustments without leaving the wage modal.

CFM MRV & IMO DCS
CFM MRV & IMO DCS enables you to easily record and analyse all key figures required to achieve compliance with both the EU MRV and IMO DCS regulations. The required data can be entered directly on board, all further calculations are carried out automatically in the system, you only have to forward the results.
- New UK MRV Summary and UK MRV By Vessel tabs are available, providing dedicated visibility of UK MRV-relevant voyages. In addition, monitoring plans now support Part C: Activity Data for UK MRV-relevant voyages.

CFM Maintenance
CFM Maintenance allows you to plan your maintenance work centrally, precisely and according to your requirements. It gives you full visibility of your fleet status and lets you regain control over the maintenance jobs of your fleet.
- Integration between CFM Maintenance and CFM Disturbance is now in place. Users can create disturbance reports directly from components within Maintenance, eliminating the need to navigate between applications. Relevant information such as manufacturer and serial number is automatically pre-filled, while open disturbance reports are now available directly from the dashboard with additional filtering options for time periods and report status.
- Filter criteria are now retained when navigating between equipment, spare components, component transfers and vessel components, making it easier to continue working where you left off.
- Checklists attached to job definitions can now be edited.
- Vessel stores can now be organised in a tree structure, supporting clearer organisation of inventory data.
- Rescheduled jobs that require approval will only be updated once approval has been granted, providing greater process control.
- Fleet Jobs filtering has been expanded to support job definition names and component category names.

CFM Off-hires and Claims
CFM Offhires & Claims lets you keep accurate records of your vessels’ offhires, charterer claims and related costs. Stay informed about the causes of individual offhires and react swiftly. Automated KPIs and reports make vessel availability clear, demonstrate performance and help you recognise where you need to take action.
- Off-hire types can now be marked as MRV relevant, laying the foundation for future integration between Off-Hires, Event Reporting and MRV workflows.
- Dashboard entries now open directly in the editor, allowing users to make adjustments more efficiently.
- Users are now alerted to potential synchronization issues when finalising off-hires that have not yet been confirmed by the vessel.
- Additional costs can now be recorded for off-hires.
- Users can now navigate directly from report entries into the corresponding off-hire record, simplifying follow-up actions.

CFM Vessel Particulars
CFM Vessel Particulars lets you set up the foundation of your successful vessel management. Record and maintain a vast amount of specific data for every vessel and let your departments benefit from data such as dimensions, capacities, propulsion, consumptions, or delivery information for a smooth acceleration of their individual businesses.
- A new activity log provides a chronological overview of operations performed by users.
