We are continuously upgrading Cloud Fleet Manager, adding new functionality, enhancements and improving the overall usability. New features and enhancements
CFM Crewing
CFM Crewing is your one-stop solution to handle all crew-related tasks centrally and in an intuitive way. From master data management of seafarers, planning the crews on board as well as their relief, the management of working and rest hours of the crew up to managing payrolls, everything can be done in one single solution.
- Crew planning has been enhanced with improved quick search functionality, allowing users to prioritise preferred seafarer pools and more easily identify suitable candidates for vacant positions.
- New notifications and dashboard enhancements help users stay on top of performance evaluations, disputed appraisals and payment position settings, including a dedicated dashboard card for unconfirmed payment position settings.
- Payroll management has been enhanced with greater flexibility for payment settings, allotments and payment position handling, giving users more control over payroll configuration while helping maintain accurate payment data.
- A dedicated Cut-Off Procedure card has been introduced within Payrolls, providing central management of cut-off procedures with confirmation workflows and configuration options.
- Compliance management has been enhanced with improved document handling and visibility. Within Crew Portal, passport numbers are now mandatory and the place of issue is displayed for endorsements. In CFM Crewing, substitute documents are now indicated within the Compliance Matrix, while future-active seafarers are also considered during compliance checks.
- Payroll and personnel overviews have been enhanced with additional columns and summary information, providing greater visibility of payroll periods, assignment durations and leave balances.
- Assignment tables now include vessel type, vessel size and engine model columns, supporting more informed candidate evaluations.
CFM Inventory
CFM Inventory allows you to keep track of all equipment, materials or supplies in stock on individual vessels. To enhance clarity, you can easily define various storage locations on board your vessels and categorise your stock, either by using pre-defined categories from settings or by simply specifying your own on the fly.
- Inventory management has been enhanced with more flexible search capabilities and display options, including additional search parameters and the ability to show or hide key item information.
CFM MRV & IMO DCS
CFM MRV & IMO DCS enables you to easily record and analyse all key figures required to achieve compliance with both the EU MRV and IMO DCS regulations. The required data can be entered directly on board, all further calculations are carried out automatically in the system, you only have to forward the results.
- Arrival Reports now include the automatically calculated field Total Distance Sailed since Last Port, while the existing Distance since Last Port field has been renamed to Distance since Last Report.
CFM Purchase
CFM Purchase provides you with all sections of the purchasing process at one point in an intelligently structured manner, gives you full control over your budgets and allows your suppliers to work directly with this information. Thanks to an intuitive dashboard that features the most relevant information and upcoming tasks, CFM Purchase always focuses on what is important and streamlines the complete purchasing workflow.
- A dedicated dashboard card for pending invoice approvals has been introduced, further strengthening the dashboard as the central location for day-to-day purchasing activities.
- Manufacturer management has been aligned with CFM Maintenance through a consistent layout, dedicated engine manufacturer indicators and improved filtering options, providing a more consistent user experience across both modules.
