CFM Cashbox & Bonded Store

CFM Cashbox & Bonded Store makes it much easier to handle cash on board. Just set up your default currency cashboxes ashore and synchronise to your fleet. For a smooth transition from paper to digital work, your crew only needs to register the initial balance and is immediately ready. Cashbox allows you to keep track of all cashbox transactions and raise a cash to master request when new money is needed. Bonded Stores seamlessly integrates with Cashbox and assists you to register all transactions in your on-board shop.

• Payroll validation has been strengthened across Cashbox & Bonded Store. Bonded store and cash advance transactions that affect payroll can now only be processed once the relevant seafarer's payroll currency has been defined, helping ensure accurate payroll processing.

CFM Charter

CFM Charter allows you to draw up contracts in a few steps and automatically create invoices. Easily conduct laytime calculations, forecast earnings from charter agreements and execute post calculations.

• Users can now add and edit comments within CFM Charter. Dedicated permissions and activity logging provide greater control and traceability.

CFM Crewing

CFM Crewing is your one-stop solution to handle all crew-related tasks centrally and in an intuitive way. From master data management of seafarers, planning the crews on board as well as their relief, the management of working and rest hours of the crew up to managing payrolls, everything can be done in one single solution.

• A new Missing Document Attachments Report provides a clear overview of documents with missing, disabled or expiring attachments, making it easier to identify missing information and follow up before critical documents are required.
• The Compliance Matrix has been enhanced with clearer exports and improved document visibility. Exports now identify substitute documents, focus highlighting on non-compliant entries and provide clearer information for documents without an expiry date.
• Permanent Wage Scales now support configurable embarkation and disembarkation leave handling, allowing organisations to define how leave is earned, spent or treated as neutral during crew changes.
• Crew change management has been streamlined with new options to control automatic assignment date updates and the ability to confirm bulk crew changes immediately without first modifying assignments.

CFM Event Reporting

CFM Event Reporting lets you make the most of your data and gain real insights into the performance of your fleet by monitoring a wide variety of key figures. By monitoring reports about times of arrival and departure, the begin and end of sea passage (BOSP/EOSP), bunker consumptions, times of anchorage or lay-up as well as noon reports, CFM Event Reporting lets you see the big picture of your fleet – enabling you to conduct further analyses.

• Remainings on board are now recalculated automatically once per day in ShipClient, helping keep reporting data accurate.

CFM Inventory

CFM Inventory allows you to keep track of all equipment, materials or supplies in stock on individual vessels. To enhance clarity, you can easily define various storage locations on board your vessels and categorise your stock, either by using pre-defined categories from settings or by simply specifying your own on the fly.

• Inventory items can now be marked as critical directly during creation, simplifying the setup of important spare parts and materials.

CFM Maintenance

CFM Maintenance allows you to plan your maintenance work centrally, precisely and according to your requirements. It gives you full visibility of your fleet status and lets you regain control over the maintenance jobs of your fleet.

• The RH Counter by Month Report can now be exported to Microsoft Excel, including all visible rows and columns while respecting active filters.
• Historic job remarks can now be copied directly within ShipClient, making it quicker to reuse information for recurring maintenance tasks.

CFM Purchase

CFM Purchase provides you with all sections of the purchasing process at one point in an intelligently structured manner, gives you full control over your budgets and allows your suppliers to work directly with this information. Thanks to an intuitive dashboard that features the most relevant information and upcoming tasks, CFM Purchase always focuses on what is important and streamlines the complete purchasing workflow.

• Invoice filters now support searching specifically for insurance cases, making it easier to locate relevant purchase invoices.
• Requisition history in ShipClient now includes delivery dates, improving traceability of purchasing activities.
